Like all quality furniture, Moss Studio products require routine maintenance. Proper care and use are essential to preserving all rights under this warranty.


This warranty does not cover damage to products resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents, including burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage.


Any modification made to products by any retailer, consumer, or other parties not authorized by Moss Studio will void this warranty.

All goods are intended for normal, residential use. Moss Studio will repair or replace a product that is still under warranty if said product is deemed defective in material or workmanship. The lengths of all warranties below are determined from the date of delivery, defined as the ship date from our factory noted on Moss Studio’s invoice, and are valid only to original purchasers and authorized Moss Studio dealers.

All Moss Studio furniture carries a lifetime warranty on frames.

Any wrinkling, fading, wearing, or pilling of fabric is not warranted.

Cushions and Workmanship of the pieces are warranted for ONE YEAR after purchase if standard care procedures are followed. Cushions are not warranted against early cushion wear resulting from lack of normal cushion care, including but not limited to:

Normal density of materials, including the softening of the cushion core, which is expected with aging and cannot be considered a loss of resiliency.

Loss of initial “crown” of cushion due to normal compression.

Reasonable amounts of feather and/or down that exit the envelope.


Any claim submitted will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The decision to either repair or replace products in accordance with Moss Studio’s limited warranty will be made at the sole decision of Moss Studio.

Claims for faults in products cannot be accepted in the instance that the product has been subjected to further processing.

Claims need to be submitted in writing, accompanied by photographs and details of all issues.
