In 1989, it was the vision of one man, Mike Moss, to manufacture fine upholstered furniture and give the customer more value per dollar than previously attempted in luxury upholstered furniture.  Fine fabrics and  superior manufacturing were utilized to present the Moss Studio line of fine furnishings.  Moss Studio has a wide and varied selection to to satisfy any customer�s preference. 

 Since its inception to date, Mike Moss has focused on bringing the unusual to the furniture industry. 

 Today, Mike remains as excited and dedicated to improving design and utilizing new materials and designs for Moss Studio customers.  He is �hands on� in every detail of the manufacture and design aspects of Moss Studios� products

Moss Studio�s method of construction is employed to ensure the integrity of our product. 

It is possible to make furniture more expensively � but not better!

Moss Studio starts with frame grade alder (a Western hardwood) and 9 gauge sinuous springs which are hand-tied with Italian twine.   This is done for strength, durability, and stability.

The entire frame is covered with one inch foam.  The arms are then covered with an additional layer of cotton and blended polyester. 

Our back cushions are filled with a white goose feather/down and Cloud Nine polyester combination for maximum comfort and beauty. 

Seat cushions are filled with a foam core in a white goose feather/down envelope. 

All slipcover fabrics are pre-washed so they will fit snugly now and five years from now.  Meticulous care is taken in every detail to achieve a completed piece of upholstered furniture.  Our crew takes great pride in their exceptional abilities and strives to achieve the complete satisfaction of our customers!
